Overall, the female categories in six countries had earlier retirement age rather than males. Furthermore, France exhibited the lowest regarding the age of retirement in both genders, while Korean people retired lately than those in other nations. Regarding Australia and the US, their retirement age ranged at around 64-65 years in men and 63-64 for women. In addition, Korean employers dominated the retirement age, with 68 years for males and 67 years for its counterpart. Similarly, Japan ranked second in the retirement age in both genders, at 67 years and 68 years respectively. In terms of other countries, France was the modest figure recording in males and females, at 57 years for men and 56 years for women, both genders significantly retired earlier than nearly a decade compared to Korea.
