The process starts with coal being mined. Secondly, it is ground in a crusher to become tiny pieces. After crushing, they are delivered by truck to the gastifier, where they are heated. Then, the resulting gas is piped to the cooling system to waste heat. Following that, the gas undergoes a cleaning process to remove fly ash and other contaminants. In the penultimate step, purified gas is transported to a gas power plant to generate electricity and waste heat again. Finally, the electricity is transmitted to the household or factory.
