The given linear man-made process demonstrates how soft cheese is produced from basic milk and water. Overall, the mixture of milk and water has to undergo five main stages, beginning with mixing two types of liquid, before forming complete products of soft cheese. First and foremost, water and milk is blended together in a specialized mixer before becoming slightly thicker. The previous stage is followed by a cooling process taking place within two hours in 5 degrees Celsius, in which the combination is ceaselessly mixed to create a thicker blend for the following stage. Afterwards, salt is added for the beginning of fermentation, which occurs during a six-hour period of heating with the temperature of 37 degrees Celsius. Following those previous stages, the much thicker mixture is created, which is prepared for the evaporation process. In this period, the created mixture is ceaselessly blended while being brought to an eight-hour boil with 100 degrees Celsius, which continuously releases steam. Ultimately, the mixture passes through a filter, which creates the most suitable combination for the final cooling period. After 8-hour refrigerating under the temperature of 5 degrees Celsius, the thickest product is completely produced, whereas waste water is emitted through an additional filter installed at the bottom of the final tank.
