As outdoor activities such as rope skipping and tag games require children's whole-body movement, they can foster teenagers' stamina, flexibility, and hand-eye coordination as a whole. Moreover, conventional games such as tug-of-war and dragon-snake can help children develop teamwork and problem-solving skills. As these games require harmonious cooperation among adolescents, they can learn how to show mutual respect towards others and resolve unexpected conflicts. This allows them to acquire soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, and negotiation.

On the other hand, digital games offer children the necessary skills in the modern age. In today's era, most well-paid jobs, such as IT engineers and software developers, demand employees to gain a deeper understanding of technology. As a result, these modern games lay a solid foundation of digital literacy for teenagers in their formative years. Additionally, online games are usually designed to practice teenagers' quick reflexes and quick thinking. When playing these video games, they are required to make split-second decisions, thereby sharpening their ability to react swiftly and think critically under pressure. This early exposure contributes to children's technological competence, which serves as a passport to competitive labor markets these days.

In conclusion, I strongly disagree that conventional games make a more substantial contribution to developing children's abilities, while acknowledging their positive impacts on children's social development and physical growth. I believe that it would be a good idea if teenagers can strike a balance between traditional games and digital ones.
