＋From my perspective, this phenomenon is mainly caused by several justifications.＋

One of the most primary reasons is to meet high expectations from parents, which can be seen clearly that in some reputable families, parents often put a burden on their children, regarding achievements. They believe that getting good marks may help their children have more opportunities in studies, so they always want their children to get the top in class.＋ As a result, teenagers often slip into a dark place, eventually leading to the loss of motivation and depression in the long term. Another notable cause is peer pressure, which can be attributed to the fact that in recent decades, children tend to learn at an early age, so teenagers have to learn more so as not to fall behind with peers. Consequently, such teenagers are often rife with deadlines from extra classes, so they easily feel bored and exhausted, leading to burn out and the deterioration of physical and mental well-being.

＋In conclusion, although hard work is crucial, when everyone puts high expectations, children will easily become overwhelmed.
