One possibility is that the high content of sugar clearly gives consumers a lot of happiness and excitement while exercising or when they feel mentally and physically exhausted, and as a result they are getting more and more addicted to drinks such as coke without realization. Futhemore, many studies explain the reasons that sugar comsumption stimulates the release of dopamine inside our brain as people drink them, and thus the brain would deceive itself spontaneously. Another reason worth mentioning is that mass production of sugar can also bridge the gap between sugar-based drinks enterprises and their target audience. It is undeniable that the cost of sugar is easily accessible and cheap, yet many drinking enterprises use it as a main ingredient in their drink and popularize their products by marketing.＋

Various measures, nevertheless, can be implement to address these issues. The first possile solution is that authorities and schools should lauch educational campaigns in order to make youngsters understand the long-term consequences. For example, in Vietnam, many school often organize helth campaigns and extracurricular activities that educate students about the harm of sugar-based drinks. The second approach is that the sugar tax should be imposed widely to discourage sugary drinks. For instance, United Kingdom imposed speacial tax, Soft Drinks Industry Levy, on coke and energy drinks successfully, and as a result enterprises had to regulate the content of sugar instead of changing consumers’ lifestyle and alleviate the risk of healthy for citizens.
