＋A lot of people go through their life doing job that they dislike and have no talent for. This event occurs due to social norms normalising this culture. The result of this action are exposure to depression and leads to quitting their job

The reason why this situation happens in their life is because it is a social norm to normalise the culture of forcing people to go for a job that they hate. Many parents nowadays would encourage their children from a young age to continue their study in forced field that they would not even be interested in instead of supporting them to pursue their desired field. For instance, many Asian family would force their children to become a lawyer or doctor, and they would become a disgrace to the family if they choose any other occupation.＋

The catastrophic consequences of this situation is exposure to depression. If you are doing the job that you are forced to do for your whole life, you could go through severe stress because you could not coop with the burden of the job. For example, a statistics in Malaysia's engineering firms shows that many of the engineer did not choose to pursue in engineering and did not have the motivation to go for extra mile in their job. Second, this situation leads to people quitting their job. When people find the job is not suitable with themselves, they would rather quit their job than suffer even though they receive sufficient wages. A direct effect of this action would lead to increase in unemployment and could harm the economics in a country
