To begin with, it is understandable why many cities face a challenge compared than in the past. First and foremost, poverty is the main reason as the advancement of technology and tough competition from the labour market push many entry-level jobs to dead-end roads. It is can be seen that blue-collar jobs tend to make a work related to the repetition of process, causing them lack of neccessary skills in modern community. Therefore, with rapid development of globalzation nowadays, the combination of specialized machines and robots achieves higher performance rather than manual labour without being tired and consistent, making a tons of products. Besides that, many products, which are made by technology, often have resonable prices as many employers cut down fee like hiring the staff. To solve this problem, the government encourages low class to pursuit the academic courses and programs to enhance their capabilties, thus becoming to quality workforce. As a result, the unemployment rates can be reduced as increasing the literacy for poor people.＋

Another reason is that the deterioration of enviromental quality is negative problems due to increasing many factories. For example, industrial zone is primary reasons as many factories release many toxic fumes.In the long-term, this reason takes a heavy toll on citizens’ health, which relates to respiratory diseases, thus becoming serious issues. Through signing international agreements to impose heavy taxes on industrial zones of each country, many governments globally put a constraint on the consumption of multiple companies, leading to reducing harm for both human and nature.＋

＋In conclusion, I suppose that the govenment play a key role to prevent many hurdles in term of unployment rates and enviromental issues. Beside that, equipping citizens with neccessary skill is the best way to use technology as useful tools than opponents.
