＋There is a school of thought that living in rural areas offers numerous health benefits, while others believe that living in cities is more suitable in order to maintain a healthy life. In this essay, I will explore both these rationales before presenting my own opinion.

On the one hand, those approve that living in urban areas provides more health benefits than in rural places have some valid arguments. It is evident that thanks to the evolution of technology, megacities now offer modern healthcare systems with up-to-date infrastructure, along with instant and convenient health service at both hospitals and home. As a result, the residents' health has improved positively. In addition, many cities are establishing facilities and amenities such as gym centres, swimming pools or public parks, which contribute enormously to the health development of citizens.＋

On the other hand, living in rural areas also brings about some particular benefits for individuals. Undeniably, rural areas have many green trees and open space, thereby lead to freshing air without any pollution. Therefore, people can spend time walking or jogging alongside the long stream or path, helping to enhance their physical well-being. Additionally, in contrast to the hustle and bustle lifestyle of cities, where people have to cope with endless deadline and heavy workload, the countryside offers a slow-pace life that people can enjoy the natural beauty and develop their mental health.＋

To sum up, I believe that both city and countryside have some specific benefits for people's health and suitable for different age groups. Modern healthcare system and technological amenities of the city life suit to young generation, whereas the elderly had better live in rural ears to enjoy the fresh atmosphere.
