＋Some people think that it is suitable for allocating more time for improving their careers while others believe it is more essential for investing time with parents and peers. ＋Both sides of this argument will be discussed in my essay below.

On the one hand, a career is very crucial for the well-being of people as a whole. If we do not have a steady career, we can not build up ourselves for obtaining the accomplishment in our life. Furthermore, our career path also belongs to a financial problem which is a debated problem nowadays. Therefore, building a strong career also helps us own enough currency to survive and develop. Covid 19 pandemic is an interesting example, the cost we have to earn for injecting vaccine or treatment is immensely exorbitant at that period. Thus, spending time on enhancing a career is never redundant, it is necessary for our livelihood and growth in life.

On the other hand, other sectors such as family and friends are also factored in each person. Firstly, family is a solid support and a sharp motivation for us when we have to deal with our complex mission in our work or we want our parents to have or do everything they want which is crucial and useful for them. Secondly, friends also play an important role in personal growth. We tend to observe peer achievement as an inspiration to boost ourselves because we do not want to be outclassed with our friends in all parts of life such as money, assets, family.＋ This reason is quite obvious because the relationship between you and your friends is a win-win relationship, if we don’t have the same mindset, we will not enhance together. Moreover, the relationship can be disconnected by the difference of the wavelength.＋

＋In conclusion, I think both allocating time for building a career path and our relationships need to be balanced because a sector is also supporting other sectors and if we want to have a successful life, career and our relationships have to be performed and conducted parallel.
