To begin with, it is understandable why many cities face a challenge compared to in the past. First and foremost, poverty primarily stems from as the advancement of technology and tough competition from the labour market push many entry-level jobs to dead-end roads. It can be seen that blue-collar jobs tend to perform tasks related to the repetitive processes, causing them insufficient crucial skills in modern community. Therefore, with rapid development of globalzation nowadays, the combination of specialized machines and robots achieves higher performance rather than manual labour without being tired and consistent, making a ton of products. Besides that, many products, which are made by technology, often have competitive prices as many employers reduce labor costs.To solve this problem, the government encourages low class to pursue the academic courses and programs to enhance their capabilties, thus developing into a skilled workforce. As a result, the unemployment rates can be reduced as increasing the knowledge base for poor people.＋

Another reason is that the deterioration of enviromental quality poses significant challenges due to increasing many factories. For example, industrial zone are primary contributers as many factories release a variety of toxic fumes. In the long-term, this reason takes a heavy toll on citizens’ health, which is linked to respiratory diseases, thus becoming serious issues. Through signing international agreements to impose heavy taxes on industrial zones of each country, many governments globally put a constraint on the consumption of various companies, leading to mitigating damage for both human and environment＋

In conclusion, I suppose that the govenment plays a key role to prevent many hurdles in terms of unployment rates and enviromental issues. Besides that, equipping citizens with neccessary skills is the best way to use technology as useful tools compared to opponents.
