In contemporary society, there is an ongoing controversy that authorities ought to adopt stricter regulations on the fast food industry in order to improve public health. Although this method may help them safeguard public health, it could be lead to disadvantages. From my perspective, I partly align with this viewpoint.

On the one hand, there are reasons why several individuals suppose that policymakers need to enforce tighter principles on fast food. One primary factor is that the risk of obesity, according to the VietnamNet channel, the significant number of people (adults, children, and even senior citizens) is confronting obesity due to consuming the considerable amount of fast food such as fried chicken, hamburgers. This is because fast food contains frozen ingredients and high in fat, which are deep-fried that cause several diseases. Another factors is that fast food restaurants sometimes import outdated ingredients with low price to boost their income, which can be harmful to consumers. Nevertheless, this method could not be the most effective solution to governments resolve that issue.

On the other hand, national and local authorities in some countries often make wrong decisions such as imposing high taxes, managing excessively, or intervening companies' operation. For instance, according to VTV channels, several local authorities intervene commercial activities such as importing ingredients, which makes challenges for companies because they must announce and obey minor procedures. As a result, they are influenced by losing considerable amount of time and logistics fees. From that reason, fast food items will be sold with high charge, which can be a factor makes consumers limit buying and influence the economic growth rate.

In conclusion, although enforcing stricter regulations enable governments safeguard public health, they must examine carefully before adopting, which ensures the economic stable and commercial stable in their nations. Moreover, they also research new solutions to address efficiently this problem instead of reliance on the principles.
