The line graph compares how many enquiries were received by the Tourists Information Office in one city from January to June in 2011. Overall, it can be seen clearly from the graph that the number of enquiries received by letter and emails declined throughout over the period. The opposite was true for inquiries made by in person and telephone calls. The figure for meeting in person dramatically rose and became the most popular inquiries. Just over 400 inquiries by January, meeting in person was the least common method. It dramatically increased to 800 in March and reached the highest point at 1900 inquiries by June. Meanwhile, the figures for telephone calls began with 900 inquiries, the number of inquiries by telephone calls recovered from 800 to 1000 and remained stable to April. After that, it sharply jumped to 1600 in June. According to the survey, the information for writing letters and emails was just under 800 inquiries by January, then dropped to 700 two months later. The data of inquiries by letter and email continued to fall down 600, writing letter and email touched the lowest point at under 400 inquiries and remained that level in June.
