Nowadays, since high quality school and medical facilities are mostly avaliable only in the cities, some people agure that they should implement some requirement for new teachers or doctors to work in rural areas for some years. However, I believe that they have a right to choose their working areas.

Granted, allocating this workforce to the countryside is beneficial for the local and general development. When all the residents have a chance to access to advance facilities or education, it not only improves their life quality but also creates a development throughout the nation. In fact, some young in the rural areas lack of basic literacy skill or have to suffer from several illness, caused by the poor exposure to education or urgent treatments. In addition, if all this workforces are mainly allocated in the cities, it both creates a more competitive market and might trigger a surge in unemployment rate. However, it can just only bring short-term benefit since they can still return to the cities where provides them with more promotion opportunities after few years of the requirement.

Solely provding these workforce to the countryside might not create any significant improvement. In fact, having a number of workforce but without enough or suitable facilities can lead to further obstacle for this employees while still can not provide any significant changes. In addition, requiring them to work in the rural also create an unequal society. To having the qualification to be able to work in this field, they have gone over several years of training and learning, therefore they are deserved the chance to develop their career trajectories. Working in the countryside not only limits their job opportunities, but also prevents them to expose to advance facilities or profressional training.＋

In conclusion, while promoting these workforce to the rural can help local people have access to better education or medical facilities, it might be an unequal to the people working in this career due to the limitation of job opportunities there. As a result, working in the countryside should only be a voluntary choice instead of a requirement.
