Beginning with the proportion of carbohydrates, according to the charts, while in average diet people require about two-fifths of carbohydrates, accounting for 60% with athletes who have to perform frequently in high tempo. With healthy diet, they consider that carbohydrates just constitute a half. Moving to the figures for protein, although sport-people need carbohydrates most, they just consume about a fourth of protein in their diet which just 5 percent lower than healthy diet, diet of people in daily day, whose proportion of protein accounted for 40% as same as their carbohydrates. Fat which having the least of consumption, average diet is reached the perfect of fat proportion when compare with the healthy diet with approximately a fifth meanwhile sport-people is the lowest consumption of fat which just about 15%.
