The line graph illustrates the number of inquiries received by Tourist Information Office over the period of 6 months starting from January by different means of communication. From an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that requiries are made in person and by telephone followed an upward trend with the latter remaining more pronounced, while those received through email or letters displayed the opposite trajectory. In January, the figure for requiries made via telephone started at precisely 800, which is 200 and 400 more feedback than those made by email/letter and telephone, respectively. In the next months, the number of people requiring information in person partly overtook those made by email and letters, at 600 enquiries before surging to over 820 in March, while those made by email/letters slightly dipped and thereafter remained stable at slightly under 600 enquiries over the same period. Similarly, the figure for enquiries made via telephone followed the same pattern as it stayed nearly unchanged at approximately 800 enquiries until April. From April to Jun, people who communicated with the office by telephone grew to surpass the other types of communication, constituting 850 enquiries before increasing to nearly 1200 in May and June. Meanwhile, the figure for telephone enquiries demonstrated the same pattern, albeit to a lesser extent, which ultimately registered in over 1000 enquiries. Regarding the email/letter enquiries, the statistic continued to follow its trajectory, decreasing to 430 in April and eventually dropping to a nadir of precisely 200 enquiries in June.
