This is mainly because some successful professionals can bring a lot of prize for a nation, and propel a country to fame. These things help a country to stimulate the economic growth by boosting tourist arrivals. Moreover, a substantial salary can be a motivation for athletes trying their best to get achievements, this can boost a nation’s sport industry. However, it cannot be denied that this approach could lead to a shortage of workers in other vital professions because of the inadequate remuneration. On the other hand, other people believe that other vital professionals can also a fair level of remuneration. This approach promote a social justice because all professionals should be treated equally. If only successful sports professionals can earn a substantial salary, other vital professionals will feel that their salaries are inadequate so this may lead to a shortage of vital professionals in other fields. Furthermore, a fair level of remuneration can also ensure a balanced distribution of workers across different sectors. If only successful sport professionals can earn a high salary, more people will choose to pursue careers in sport industry and the vital roles played by other professionals will plummet as consequence of a inadequate remuneration.＋

＋In conclusion, both of arguments are justifiable to a certain extent, I firmly support the view that all professionals should be treated fairly.
