In my opinion, this is a positive development, and in this essay, I will explain why.

One of the reasons why this trend is positive is that it helps learners to reduce money for going to universities. This is because, when students go to universities, they not only pay for parking ticket, but also pay for fossil fuel if they use motorbike, which costs a considerable amount of money. For instance, an average level of salary for part-time job with students is only 20.000 or 25.000 per hours, mean while, the fossil fuel in Vietnam is extremely high. As a result, they must spend litter money for their essentials tasks or work overtime to purchase for this especially poor students. Therefore, it is evident that organizing online courses is an advantage in universities.

While there are those who argue that colleges should not change face-to-face teaching to online teaching. I still believe that this changing will bring a lot of benefits. Because of it’s flexible and convenience. For example, students do not have to go universities to study, which allows they spend more time preparing for the lesson, reducing the risk of accident and learning from everywhere. In addition, learning online also boost their independent and self-study skills when studying alone. Therefore, they can lean how to apply technology into learning effectively. Thus, it becomes evident that the benefits of this development outweigh the opposite view.

In conclusion, although there are some concerns about online courses, I personally hold the view that this is a positive trend. Besides, it is important for learners to recognize clearly about the advantages of new teaching methods
