＋Nowadays, corporations are encouraged to move to suburban areas because infrastructure and transport problems are rising in many big cities. Although this statement has some benefits, I argue that it also brings more drawbacks.

On the one hand, traffic congestion problems in large cities will be partially solving if businesses move to the other areas. Especially during rush hour, businesses moving into the rural area is not only means that a large volume of traffic in this time are reduced but it also means that the roads are larger because some business headquarters need to be moved too.＋ On the other hand, moving to the rural areas means that businesses need to deal with inconvenient in many cases such as food and transportation. For instance, at the break time when we work in cities, we can easily to fin the restaurant or supermarket. While in the rural areas, it is quite constraint. Additionally, relocating to the suburban areas lead to time consuming because of a considerable distance to work. For example, at the beginning, Ha Noi international university was located in Xuan Thuy, where is the most developed education system in Ha Noi. Now, this university have to relocate in Hoa Lac, where is the suburban area in Ha Noi, it results in the longer distance between teachers’ and students’ houses. It requires everybody in this university to wakeup earlier and spend more time to go to school.＋

In conclusion, there are some benefits of this idea, but I argues that the drawbacks are outweigh. In my opinion, I believe that to develop sustainability, relocating businesses to rural areas is unnecessary.
