Overall ,the emissions of carbon dioxide per human in Italy and Portugal increase in this time period but it emissions gradually decrease in the United kingdom and Sweden The emissions of carbon dioxide in 1967 in the United kingdom was 11 metric tonnes which remain same for next 10 year until 1977 and gradually start decreasing and reached to 8.2 metric tonnes in 2007 . In Sweden there is some fluctuations it boost in the starting from 8.2 metric tonnes to 10.1 metric tonnes in the first 10 years and then suddenly fall to 7 metric tones in the 1987 .it start dropping and came 5 metric tonnes in year 2007 In opposite the emissions of carbon dioxide in Italy it suddenly rose from 4 metric tonnes to 6.1 in first decade and with the slightly increasing amount it reaches at 7 tonnes in 1987 .the slight increase continue in next years to reaches at 7.8 tonnes in 1997 and remains same for next decade until 2007 and in Portugal it starts from the 1 metric tone and reaches to 5 metric tonnes in 1997 and remains same until 2007
