It is undeniable that the emergence of technological advancement has a considerable positive impact on enhancing employees' productivity and cost savings for companies. Firstly, artificial intelligence has a tendency to perform multiple tasks that require repetitive one with accurate process or working around the clock as they are likely to not only experience less fatigue and overwhelmed but also guarantee the precise and accuracy during working procedures. When AI is responsible for addressing such tasks, workers are in position to engage in performing critical achievements that plays a vital role in company's growth, in turn boost their overall output significantly. Regarding cooperations, these businesses take fully advantage of the efficiency of AI, they can save considerable operational expenses. As a result, these resulting savings are reinvented in higher-priority business activities, leading to strengthen their competitive advantage and achieve sustainable long-term goals.

Despite having considerable merits, these advantages are far outweighed by the negative consequences. The prominent consequence is that the increasing unemployment rate occurs in a large scale, particularly low-skilled workers whose jobs can be easily automated. With many families suddenly losing the primary income, financial hardship and poverty have become increasingly common, causing social instability and a worrying rise in crime rates in many regions. Furthermore, replacing human with AI means losing essential qualities such as creativity and empathy which machines cannot replicate. For instance, in service industries including nurse, customer service, social interaction is a primary element to create trustworthy and reliability for customers. Without it, these services gradually become medical and cold, thereby reducing the quality of service and customers' appreciation over time.

In conclusion, although replacing human with AI has various advantages in terms of improving employee's productivity and cost savings for businesses, I believe that these benefits are outweighed by the serious social issues of unemployment rate and the loss of irreplaceable human qualities in the workforce.
