The given table and pie chart illustrate the amount of money that belonged to the police in 2017 and 2018 in a part of Britain. Overall, there was an increase in funds raised for the police from 2017 to 2018 in the total and three different kinds of sources which were the National Government, Local taxes, and other sources. On the other hand, there was a slight change between 2017 and 2018 in the way the police budget was spent. As can be seen from the table, the amount of money grew gradually in the National Government from 175.8m in 2017 to 177.8m in 2018, which also happened with the extra resources that reached 38m and rose to 38.5m in the following year. In addition, the local taxes had a significant rise in 2017 at 91.2m to 102.3m in 2018. The total of the police income in 2018 was almost doubled compared to 2017, at 318.6m.
