The tables illustrate the feedback of a survey of urban residents' perspectives across various aspects of life in two separate years, namely 1980 and 2010. Overall, the number of good results showed an upward trend for almost all aspects, except for education and environment, while the oppostite was true for bad results. Furthermore, the feedback of neither good nor bad exhibited a downward trend across six aspects of life, with the greatest decrease can be observed in accommodation. Regarding the number of good results, the figure for education and environment, despite starting at a high of 82 and 72 in 1980, finally saw a minor drop to 76 and 64 in 2010, respectively. In contrast, this figure for healthcare, transport system, and accommodation increased significantly from 64,54,56 to 83,67,65, respectively. Meanwhile, the data for shops witnessed a slight increase from 75 to 81 in the final year. Turning to the remaining feedbacks, in terms of neither good nor bad, the figure for education, shops, and environment registered a slight decrease to 13, 9, and 16, while those of healtthcare, transport system and accommodation fell significantly to 10,22 and 17, respectively. Bad result's figures, on the other hand, showed contrary trends. While the figure for education, environment, and accommodation rose considerably to 11, 20 and 18, those of shops, healthcare, and transport system saw a slight decline to 10,7, and 11 respectively.
