＋Some people argue that the society should encourage the elderly to keep going to work as long as they want rather than force them to retire. In my opinion, I strongly agree with this argument.＋

The older people still play a significant role in many industries. This is because they are the people who have worked in the industry longer than the younger generations, which means they understand their work the most and have more valuable work experiences. As a result, they can teach the younger generations crucial lessons while working in the industry. For example, an old teacher who spent half of his life on teaching students knows how to deal with them and maximize their potential. This is the skill that a young teacher might develop slowly without the help of an older teacher.＋Another reason to encourage the older people to continue working is to reduce the pressure of taking care of them on the younger generation. Because of today’s high demand on employees’ experience and skill, many young people find it stressful to spend money on older people’s healthcare and earn their essential needs. For this reason, older people who continue working can earn money to look after themselves and support the young people at the same time.＋
