＋Many people argue that people should promote the elders to continue contribute to their job and shouldn’t be forced to stop. I completely disagree with this statement because not only they’re getting weaker and weaker as they grow ages, but also because of their contribute are already enough.

Nowadays, elderly people, especially people from older generation, are seem to be extremely passionate about their job. They considered their old job as life and couldn’t resist its call. Alongside with that, since the world are getting old due to the consequences of the growth of old population, government have to spend a huge money in order to provide enough money for old people. This phenomenon was the reason why many people think they should encourage older people to work continuously, so the government could spend more on other important categories such as poverty, environment change, and global warming.＋ But that action should be considered as illegal because older people have every right to retire and forcing other people aren’t a very wise move.＋To be more specific, elderly people should have their own opinion without any other contacts. Since they’re getting old and weak, and also they’ve been working for their entire life and deserve some rest. Additionally, older people should make their own move, rather than depends on other government’s enforcement. If they made the move themselves, that should be said as a legal act. But their health are something very fragile due to the growth of age. Because of this, older people won’t be able to work consistently or efficiently as their salary aren’t any better than the government’s one. Also, they may get diseases easier or some bones hurting, which very dangerous for their own safety.＋ Furthermore, people should acknowledge that they already contributed enough for their work and so, they deserve a rest. Old people mostly spent their entire life for work, even some of them got obsessed and couldn’t get rid of it, so in their own pace, resting should be considered as an option.＋

＋In summary, older people deserve a better quality of life without any thoughts of work, and no one are legally forcing them to do so.
