＋For the recent years, older people agree that should be encouraged to continue working as long as they want rather than being forced to retire. This essay will include the reasons for this statement.

Older people always are encouraged to continue working as long as they want because of two reasons. Firstly, they can be financially independent while they continue working as long as they want. The cost of living, facilities and entertainment costs will be better if we still are working. Secondly, experience and open-mindedness increase over the years. For instance, a worker always has mistakes in working each day and they become better over the years. However, the time we spend working cannot keep us much youthful and working a lot of time can lead to stress and mental health problems.

On the other hand, younger people nowadays prefer being forced to retire to take care of physical and mental health. This can give younger people time to travel and balance their working and rest. It becomes their lifestyle. Although this can lead to a sedentary lifestyle and obesity.＋

In conclusion, I agree that older people should be encouraged to continue working as long as they want rather than being forced to retire because this can give a better lifestyle for people.
