On the one hand, attending in the workforce immediately after finishing school brings many advantages. firstly, individuals could earn a significant amount of money , which sufficent to make ends meet and meet daily basis needs such as eating, wearing and transportation enpense. this could reduce considerablly financial pressure to their parents. secondly, school-leavers have more likely to accumulate life experiences such as face-to- face interactions,living independently and teamwork,＋ there are two reasons why studying at university is the better route. firstly, higher eduacation systems provide academic knowledges, deep insigh and various crucial skills such as teamwork, solving- problem, communication, which can foster the better successful ability. in addition, people after graduated would recieve qualification required for expertise position such as doctor, teacher, science,.. secondly, the university and college is a great environment to build relationships connect with the lectures, classmates and experienced individuals, which is a greater opportunity to accelerate success in workforce.
