Working so they can’t be bored when they don’t have anything to do.＋＋On the other hand, older people forced to retire so they can spend time for their family in the end of the life. In addition, when they old, they don’t have enough health to continue the workload, it often leads to less productivity. Retire to relax and unwind because you spend the whole life to working. For example, my grandpa was very weak. One day he spent time to walk the dog, he has headache and fell under the floor because he is a bit weak. So that when we old, we need to advance our health and stay healthy, not try to finish the workload.＋
