＋Many people argue about older people should be encouraged to continue working as long as they want rather than being forced to retire. I partly disagree on this statement being given.＋

Firstly, older people among the ages 60–80 were become more unhealthy because of the age. It can causing them to health problems or have no more physical train to have strength at work. Let encourage them to work as long as they want can also cause to lack of energy. The government force old people to retire can be positive because help an old generation worker can effect both sides. Their career and their life, so older people just needs to charge at home, lets younger people or their family earning financially to take care of old people well. They won’t need to sacrifice their whole life just for work one career, spends time with family more rather then working alone.＋On the other, some old people still working as long as they wanted because of their passion, they can express their passion through their favourite job as well. For example, some old people still working at the Hoi An tourist attraction, sells their handmade or handicraft to the tourist for spreading our traditional culture. This can help them maintain their passion of their job, take their passion alive and as long as they want to quit.

In conclusion, older people can work as they want but it will better to let older generations having a rest from work.
