The diagram illustrates the process of producing electricity from one specific type of coal. Overall, there are several steps included in this process, commencing with the coal extraction from mining and culminating with the distribution of produced electricity for usage. Notably, there is a combination of manual labour and machinery in this process. Focusing on the first half, the coal is mined by workers. Once enough quantity of coal is collected, it is crushed into tiny fragments using a specialized equipment. After that, they are shipped using trucks to another unknown place, in which they are heated using a machine called gasifier. Turning to the remaining steps, the gas released from the previous step is cooled down to remove the waste heat. Subsequently, it is cleaned and transferred to the gas power plant, from which the electricity is seperated from the waste heat before being distributing for the utilization of households and other facilities, thereby ending the process.
