The unattainable goals of balancing work and life can be attributed to financial pressure as well as household responsibilities. Many people fear they will not have a stable life, facing pressure from the cost of living. They work heavy workloads, frequently have to work overtime, and lack time for other activities. Also, household responsibilities have created a burden that most people have to bear. Most parents, under financial pressure, have less time for their children because they often work long hours and cannot dedicate time to childcare or household chores. This leads to their children feeling hurt and, in the long run, unable to achieve balance.To tackle this problem, the efficient working approach and the sharing of household chores can be applied. First, instead of trying to work too much, try a more efficient approach to work by multitasking. For example, while waiting for the bus or public transport, you could check your email, do small tasks on your iPad, and try to make the most of your work time. Second, family members are encouraged to share household chores with each other to lighten the burden. By the way, family members become more and more strengthening family bonds after work or lessons.＋

＋In conclusion, people cannot achieve the goal of balancing work and life, however, the modification in working styles and the division of household work could be plausible to solve the problem
