In current society, there is a growing concern regarding the decline of students studying science subjects at university. This essay will discuss the reasons of this issue such as the high requirement in study, worrying about losing job after graduation and the effects on society of this problem.

Admittedly, science subjects tend to have high demand for studying. By the complex of calculating and the extensive research, many students have a tendency to burnout or run out of energy after a long day in school, which leads to choosing other subjects that are more easier. Furthermore, the technological development have a capacity to replace many science fields in the future such as geography, enginnering or scientist so many students are worry about the unemployment after graduation. Therefore, the high requirement of science subjects and students scare of the unemployment after graduation leads to the declining choosing science subjects to study.Consequently, the influence of this issue on society is significant. Firstly, governments may not invest in many science fields due to the shortage of professionals. Although earning high-paying salary is one of the benefits of becoming a professionals, many people often choose other job because of the advance of AI. If the authorities do not spend their money on many areas of science, there are more and more people do not want to become a scientist, leading to the outdated of technology. As a result, the ecnomy and education of the country have a tendency to decline. Utimately, the affecting of this problem on modern society may leads to the declining of economy and education through the shortage of qualify employees.

Conclusion

In conclusion, students are turning away from science largely due to the highly demading for learning science subjects and the scare of unemployment. If left unaddressed, this trend threatens both economy and education of the country.
