＋In this day and age, spending a large all of time on social media has become popularly with many young people especially teenagers. In this essay, I would discuss both the pros and cons before proposing whether or not the positive aspect overperform its drawbacks

On the one hand, there are some drawbacks associated with spending a large amount of time on social media such as Faceboook, Tiktok,... As social media is highly widespread in the world and many young people can easily access to its without limitation. Therefore, this can lead to many health problems for example: problems about eyes, headache .. or even they can no direct interaction with peers, parents or stranger.＋ If they only spend all of time operating on social media, they can not step out of their comfort zones. This would put pressure on parents and healthcare system.＋

On the other hand, this would have some advantages that should receive more attention. Social media has been an important part of our life which ultimately give us information with just a smart phone. They don't need to go anywhere in order to get the news like with traditional methods.＋ Moreover, many young people can make friends all over the world that help them broaden their knowledge and relationship.＋

＋In conclusion, after assessing both the positive and negative implications, I think that the negative outweigh the positive aspects. As many young people use excessive amount of time on social media, directly contributing to health problems. Therefore, spending smart phone should be used with restriction by parents
