First and foremost, parent’s education play a vital role in child’s development. Therefore, parents should spend more time with their kids and apply appropriate educational methods. At the same time, by building good trait and character at a young age, they can help children develop a strong sense of right and wrong. Additionally, the government should introduce policies of zero tolerance in order to discourage criminal behavior and reduce the number of crimes.

In conclusion, although several factors can contribute to the increasing in the amount of young criminals, parental guidance plays a significant role in shaping children's behavior. Therefore, parents and governments should take responsibility for providing proper guidance and moral education to help their teenagers develop into responsible individuals and avoid commiting in criminal activities.
