＋It is argued that the highest positions of organisations are often hold by older people, while others believe that younger generation is more suitable for the leadership. From my perspective, I firmly believe that younger people should be leaders because of their adaptation to some financial setbacks and their creativity to generate valuable ideas.

First and foremost, those proponents who advocate for the youth being leaders have some valid arguments. In the modern age, with the evolution of high-tech divices, young people can be the most potential leaders since they are better at getting exposed to these kind of technologies. To illustrate, the youth can monitor the up-to-date machines or maximize the uptake of artificial intelligence more effectively than the elders. Thus, corporations can take advantage of them and this is highly likely to enhance the productivity of the organisations.

Another merit is the flexibility of young leaders, especially when working in different positions. They can flexibly take charge of various type of work and cope with unforeseeable adversities. Ultimately, younger individuals often come up with more creative ideas than the older ones. This may therefore facilitate companies to generate more products with innovative breakthroughs that not only enabls them to gain enormous revenue but also reputation. All of these reasons have successfully proved that the leadership should be given to the youth.

To sum up, I contend that young people are more suit to the highest positions of companies, in terms of their intensive exposure to modern technology and their flexibility in most situations.
