The statistics illustrate how many international students studied in 5 countries between 2000 and 2006. What is notable from the chart is that all countries witnessed an upward trend, with the exception of country B. Among of all the nations, country A held the top spot during the entire surveyed period. At the start of the period, country A emerged as the leading international students studying, with more than 100 thousand students,which is above 10 thousand students in country B. Far bellow was country C, with the figure being about 45 thousand units, over double than the figure for country D, At the bottom of the list was country E, as the figure stood at nearly 12 thousands students. Thereafter, the number of international students in country A reach a high of approximately 200 thousand units in 2004. However, the figure suddenly dropped to about 10 thousand units, but country A remaining the largest country that international students want to study in 2006. Meanwhile, country C witnessed a significant increase in the number of international students, with the figure in 2006 being about double than the original data. In contrast, a sharp decrease was recorded in the number of international students to country B as the figure stood at about 80 thousand students in 2004, less than 5000 students than the figure in 2006. Finally, the year 2006 experienced a slight increase in the number of international students at country D and E, with the figure being about 35 thousand units and nearly 15 thousand units respectively.
