It is often argued that enhancing individuals’ living qualities is the most crucial mission of science. From my perspective, I totally agree with this view. This essay will explain reasons supporting my position.

To begin with, science brings back both mental and material values to individuals. Regarding healthcare, thanks to science, there have been a lot of inventions such as Covid-19 vaccinations, cancer treatments,..etc. These inventions have saved numerous individuals’ lives, also, that preserve the happiness and hope of families of these patients. Hence, there is no doubt that science plays a crucial role in people’s lives.Another compelling argument is science provides individuals a range of knowledge which is significantly beneficial for their lives. When people believe in science, they may avoid superstitious scams. Therefore, they will not lose valuable properties or be exposed to toxic information. Additionally, if someone gets lost in a forest, he would survive if he has enough scientific knowledge about wildlife. For example, he would know how to distinguish a poisonous mushroom with the others or can define a right direction to find a way out. Consequently, by learning science, people can protect themselves and enhance their sense of safety.

In conclusion, science has given our communities undeniable merits, which not only advantage our well-being but also things surrounding us. I believe that science was created in order to make our life more convenient and safer. Thus, we should support this field as well as raise awareness in acknowledging scientific information to ensure our living’ qualities.
