Therefore, it is obviously important for builders to must construct accroding the styles of the old houses to enhance the economic local areas and protect beautiful sceneries in Vietnam. In addition, the similar of construction styles can help avoid look out of place and decrease dominance of modern achitecture. Conclusively, adopting the traditional styles can generate for local residents in improving the beauty of neighborhood and economy. However, construction bases on builders' preferences can create a sense of ownership and belonging rather than following a specific lifestyle.＋
