The map illustrates the differences between a housing estate now and proposed plan for it in the future. Overall, the housing estate is planned to become more developed and residential. Additionally, many trees will be cut down to make room for leisure facilities. At the moment, there is a woodland containing approximately 6000 trees in the housing estate. The private road loops around the center of the estate, which provided access to a number of four-room houses. The houses are scattered along both sides of the woodland. After redevelopment, much of woodland will disappear, but there will be piece of woodland about 250 trees surrounded by the private road. The private road provides access to the lake, which is opposite the tennis court. Moreover, the private road also provides access to a flower garden, which is surrounded by many one,two,three-room houses. There is much of parkland scattered in the housing estate.
