The maps illustrate the current layout of a housing estate and a plan for its future redevelopment.The most noticeable change is that this area is planned to become more residential. Additionally,most of the trees will be reduced in order to make room for new recreational facilities. At the moment, the housing estate is surrounded by numerous trees which is the most dominant feature. This woodland consists of approximately 6000 trees. For the private road, it loops around the center of the estate and creates access to a number of four-bedroom houses. These accommodations are scattered along both sides of the woodland. After redevelopment, much of the woodland will be gone, just remain 250 trees left and there will be more parkland instead.Furthermore, the estate will have more facilities such as the tennis court in the East.Meanwhile the lake is on the opposite side and the flower garden in the center. Not just that, four-bedroom houses will be replaced by one,two,three-bedroom houses located around the flower garden. In comparison,there will also be a new private road which is rebuilt in the new structure to be more convenient for the local citizens.Due to all of that will make this housing estate to be more modern and developed in the future.
