In daily life, successful person need many factors such as skills, behavior or even lucky and so on. Therefore, it creates a big debate surrounding this issue that hard work is a mainly factor for successful. Meanwhile, others believe luck is the key factor. From my perspective, i contend that hard work will create a potential factor leading to success in life easier for two compelling reasons.

The first reason why success depends mainly on hard work is that helps people gain more useful knowledge. Remaining discipline and keeping on the process will strengthen people become more valuable and useful. In addition, people with these qualities will be more knowledgeble to help other and helpfully contribute to society which accommodate them to get a prospected job.＋ The second reason is that they could create a prospected person. In the other word, society prefer to dilligent individuals who is determined and hard-working, for hard-working skills is the hardest factor to possess and remain. They are easy to be distracted by other factos such as boring and repetitive activities. Leading to many people failed in keeping their process. However, possessing this quality will bring people many benefits regarding to others’ respects which improve their job promotion and daily supports in life.＋

In conclusion, although luck may provide certain opportunities, I believe that hard work is the primary factor behind lasting success. By developing valuable skills and building resilience, individuals are far more likely to achieve their goals and maintain success over time.
