For example, calories-dense foods, such as hamburgers, fried chicken contribute significantly to unhealthy weight gain. Children in the USA are a clear example of this issue, consuming excessive fast food in a whole day. To this optimal state, instead of ordering fast food, which is exorbitant, people should self-prepare some basic and quick meals, such as sandwiches or salad, helping them enhance health and save expenses in order to use for other priorities.＋

＋In conclusion, fast food acts as an indispensable thing for the busier, yet this is unworthy due to the expense of their health. Therefore, I reckon that we should use nutritious foods instead of junk food.
