In fast-changing world, some people voice their opinion that employees should change jobs from time to time due to the demands of flexibility, while the others observed that it is necessary to dedicate their life to same jobs. Though both views have their argumentations which are going to be discussed in this writing as well as giving my opinion.

First and foremost, people who choose to dedicate their work life to a single job may remain a stable work which creates several benefits. The most outstanding advantage is that they have an opportunity to promote their career path due to their experiences and skills. In other words, they may gain a certain increase in salaries on an annually basis, which is of most significance to help them warrant a stable financial budget, especially in this world of unavoidable inflation. What’s more, due to workplaces’ policies, staying in the same job also ensures a stable pension and health insurance, which help employees with high treatment fees and medicine cost at retired period.＋From the opposite perspective, it is undeniable that being flexible in working provides work labors a wide range of different skills and experiences in various fields. This benefit plays a crucial role in this transformative and competitive world of workforce, where requires flexibility and skill-combination to adapt the unpredictable transformations. As a result, employees who are well-equipped with various skills and experiences may have the solid foundation to promote their career.＋

＋In conclusion, despite both staying in the same jobs all life and being flexible in job are plausible, it is my conviction that staying in the same job is the better choice.
