On the one hand, the improvement of medical care brings several disadvantages. Firstly, people rely too much on health care without being able to keep fit and stay healthy by themselves. Because they let themselves go for bad habits and diets then they trust these systems will heal them. For example, nowadays, according to some official sources, lots of Vietnam’s teenagers enjoy eating fast food or staying up late for a long period then waiting for medical services. Furthermore, the improvement of medical care services goes along with the increase of price. Better health care always requires more investment, that means people need a larger budget to be able to access these services.On the other hand, these developments bring about lots of opportunities to our life. First people can trust medical care whenever they have health issues such as illnesses or injuries, especially in emergency cases. Therefore, people would be safe when having medical care. Second, it also helps inhabitants to have better mental health without being scared of being left behind. Moreover, children who live far away can not only trust health care services to take care of their parents, but also strengthen their relationships. For instance, WHO was founded to guarantee the well-being of people all around the world, preventing people from diseases.＋
