While some people believe that fashion items should be less expensive, others believe that their high prices are justified because fashion plays an important role in people’s life. From my point of view, although fashion is significant, many fashion products are overpriced and should be more affordable.

On the one hand, many people accept that fashion items are reasonable for several reasons. First, luxury clothes are often made from premium and high-quality materials, and last longer than the cheaper one. In the long term, this helps consumers save money. Besides, because of better quality, these items are more comfortable and suitable to more people. Furthermore, fashion items help people express their personalities, they can wear what they want and combine between different types. Dressing well also creates a better impression in the workplace. The first impression is one of the most important parts of building a personal image, especially at work. As a result, it helps them make more income and be promoted faster.On the other hand, I still believe these items are too expensive. In many cases, people usually pay for the brand name rather than the actual quality of the item. Although two identical items are made with similar materials, the one with a famous brand often costs more than the other one. In addition, fashion in each era is different, so you need to pay more for each fashion item at a particular time. Resulting in financial problems, especially to young people with low income. Furthermore, fast fashion also causes a negative impact on the environment, thousands of old clothes are left after going out of fashion.
