The pie chart illustrates the average monthly student spending in the UK during 2016. The bar chart demonstrates where students get their own income in the same year. Overall, the amount of money that students spent on renting was the highest, while the figure for travel was the lowest. Moreover, among the six types of sources, student loan were the most popular source for student to receive their income, whereas grants and funding represented the most modest group. Regarding the circular chart, among the student's monthly expenditure, in first place was rent, as its figure stood at 385 pounds. This was followed by food, as its figure was 124 pounds. Slightly below were the bills and socializing expenses, as their corresponding figures stood at 69 pounds and 64 pounds. At the bottom of the list was the spending on travel, which was recorded at around 52 pounds. The remaining 91 pounds went to sectors other than these main five. Examining the bar chart, ranked in first place was student lone, with just over 80 percent, which was nearly double the figure for grants and funding. This was closely followed by family and part-time job sources, with respective figures being between 68 percent and 70 percent. Savings and bank overdraft were two sources that had a similar proportion, ranging from 42 percent to 43 percent.
