＋There is a discussion about the topic that the elderly should be encouraged to continue working as long as they want rather than being forced to retire. For my opinion, I completely agree with this view.

Firstly, when older people want to work even when they are old, we should better support them because that is their choice. When they can do the things they want, elderly will feel happier and they can work more efficient, they will not feel their lives meaningless and or bored when they do not have anything to do. Moreover, working also helps them sharpen cognitive abilities, making their mind lasts longer, avoid some problems like alzethmer.＋Secondly, if the elderly can work for as long as they want, they can earn money to serve their demands and do not need to ask their child. It means that they can also help the family income or even hand down the property to the next generations. For example, in some countrysides in the suburb, many farmers who have ages but still go to fields in early morning and work till it is getting dark to make rice or just find happiness when going out. The elderly likes that is an ideal model to be admired by young adults. They inspire their mindset and make it reality throughout their activities days by days.

＋In conclusion, older people who want to work rather than being forced to retire should be encouraged and admired more in real life. It is not only a choice but also a significant mindset that affects all next generations, making many people wonder.
