In my opinion, I firmly believe that a pressure-free learning environment can both enhance students' academic results and provide them with many valuable opportunities for personal growth.＋ Regarding the former, healthy competition can encourage students to work harder and remain motivated to achieve more academic accomplishments. Studying in an environment where their peers always learn and improve inspires them to set their goals and maximize their potential instead of complacency. As far as self-development is concerned, competing with their peers enables them to learn and improve life skills beyond academic knowledge. Specifically, through facing many challenges and difficulties, overcoming those setbacks, and learning from failures, students can cultivate resilience, problem-solving skills, and patience. These skills play an important role for students because they not only help them to achieve success in school but also prepare them to adapt flexibly to the competitive demands of higher education and the workplace.
