＋It is true that some individuals have better work ethic than others both in education and employment. In this essay, I will demonstrate reasons for this phenomenon and explain why I think this is a positive thing.

First and foremost, family background plays an important role in such trends. This is because some were born in households that are facing financial struggles or other kinds of hardship. Therefore, they cannot live comfortably(lead a comfortable life) and have to work constantly just to make ends meet, moreover caring for their family.＋Another primary merit for why people work harder is that in both educational and working settings there is always sheer(?) competitiveness amongst pupils. For students, especially in gifted or high rated schools, they are given the chance to get better opportunities, prizes such as scholarships. Therefore, many would try-hard on certain subjects or would give their life out for a high GPA. This studying environment would lead to a domino effect creating more and more book worms. On the employment side, because of the rising popularity of AI and the threat of rising rates of layoffs causing large numbers of workers to try even harder.＋In my point of view, people working harder than others both in education and employment is a great phenomenon. Firstly, people who grind harder have higher rates of reaching their goals. Ironically, this is due to them spending more time and resources to hone their craft, while others sleep on their victories. As a result, they always have a head start in many categories and perform better on campus or in the office, which greatly boost their opportunities, financial growth and give them a more stable life. Secondly, hard work pays off with individuals developing useful skills and qualities such as discipline and patience. By always standing up for every failure, they adapt to hardships and sharpen their mental endurance. These positive outcomes would ultimately lead them to success and give them a positive mind set＋

In conclusion, there are many reasons for why many individuals work harder than others , due to hardships and competitiveness in life. I personally believe that this is a good phenomenon and should be encouraged both for students and workers.
