The two diagrams delineate the difference between a housing estate now and its look after reconstruction. Overall, the housing estate underwent a substantial transformation, with the most important of which are the replacement of four-bed houses to smaller units. Regarding the housing site before reconstruction, The site itself is bounded by the northward Main road. The area concludes of four-bed houses and trees scattered across the site. Additionally, there is also a private road that branches off from the main road, curving to create an U-shape, separating some housing units from the remaining. Looking at the redevelopment plans, the U-shaped road is projected to be narrowed northward, creating room for another road that leading to a new oval Flower garden in the south side. All of the housing units will be relocated to the the southern section, along a new Parking area, accompanied by two infrastructure that will be introduced: a lake in the west side and a tennis court across the private road from the lake.
